Key Responsibilities

Manage the accounts payable process ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices Accounts payable/receivable and inter-company accounting management for multiple dealerships Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, inventory reports, account statements and other financial statements Analyze and reconcile accounts; resolving discrepancies as required Assist in month-end closing activities Provide support for deal posting as required Other duties as required

Qualifications

2 years of accounting experience is preferred. Completion of post-secondary education in accounting or a related field. Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and practices Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency with accounting software and the ability to quickly learn and work across multiple software platforms
