Accounting Technician

We also offer financial support for individuals pursuing their CPA.

What You'll Do

Accounting Technician Responsibilities:

Freight
- Prepare and send invoices and credit/debit notes

- Track payments and send Statement of Accounts

- Resolve billing discrepancies

- Set-up and maintain customer files and assist in credit application

- Assist in follow up of past due accounts and collections

- Prepare regular and ad hoc freight and aging reports

Update pricing template and system information Set-up and maintain rebates and promotional programs Various other tasks assigned

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and a collaborative attitude. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

A solid foundation in accounting, with at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or general accounting. A willingness to learn and grow. Strong numerical and clerical skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Work Schedule

Full-time, on-site role. Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, 7:30AM-4:00PM.

Pay: $21.50-$23.00 per hour
