Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining processing transactions, and supporting the overall accounting function.

We are a small company with a great work atmosphere. Looking for a junior 5 days a week or senior book keeper 1 to 2 days per week based on knowledge and experience.

Duties

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections. Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy Utilize accounting software including QuickBooks for various bookkeeping tasks. Answering phones Some customer service

Experience

Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate account
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,468.39-$45,000.00 per year
