This role facilitates the freedom of flexibility by allowing you to divide your work hours (16-20/week) in whichever way works best for you!   • Flexible work hours (16-20 hours per week that can be dispersed however you\xc2\x92d like over 3-4 days between the hours of 8:30am-5pm).
  • Option to work remotely after training.

  • Accounts Payables duties such as data-entry, VISA statements, credit applications, WSIB clearance checks, managing holdbacks.
  • Bank recs, assisting with month ends, payrolll
  • Assisting with Invoicing and creating credit/debit memos and substantial completion of advertisements.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Must have strong experience with AP, Payroll and bank recs who can hit the ground running.
  • Looking for candidates who are interested in only working part-time hours between 16-20 per week.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Accounting diploma is an asset
