to join our Finance team! Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, this role plays a key part in supporting our finance and payroll functions. You'll be responsible for processing vendor invoices, preparing payroll for administrative staff, performing reconciliations, and assisting with audits and month-end activities.

What You'll Do:
Process vendor invoices and follow up on discrepancies.
Prepare EFT files, credit card reconciliations, and journal entries.
Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
Maintain and process payroll changes for hourly administrative staff.
Generate payroll reports, pay stubs, and submit Records of Employment.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve inquiries.
Assist with capital asset tracking and financial reporting.
Provide back-up support for Accounts Receivable and Payroll as needed.
Support year-end audits and third-party reviews.
Complete other accounting tasks as assigned.
What You Bring:
Certificate, diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years of payroll experience preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central (an asset).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfort with Outlook and Word.
Experience with BambooHR and AlayaCare (an asset).
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
