Position: Accounting Specialist
Location: West Island, Montreal (Onsite)
Salary: $70,000 per year (based on experience)

Our client in real estate and development is seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to join their elite team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong passion for numbers and a desire to contribute to a thriving organization.
We would love to meet:
- At least 3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
- Knowledge of Sage Accounting Software (ideal)
- Bilingualism to communicate with clients outside of Quebec
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Main responsibilities:
- Manage full accounting cycle
- Process deposits and EFTs
- Prepare monthly/annual reconciliation of various GL accounts
- Prepare annual rental schedules
- Prepare aging receivable reports
- Execute other duties as required
