We are an accounting firm and seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth operations within the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Greet clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, manage phone systems, and direct calls and voice messages to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized filing system for client records and office documents, including scanning, copying and organizing files in drives.
- Communicate with outside parties including phone calls, fax and emails.
- Pick up and drop off documents from/to client's premises.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and office organization.
- Maintain the reception area and office premise tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Full time access to a car
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Proficient in using IP phone systems
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
