Job Description
What will be your impact?
- Understanding the divisional operations and how they drive the financial results
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals across multiple jurisdictions
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with international accounting standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic financial insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, or a related field
- CPA designation
- 5+ years' experience in a leadership role within a multinational company
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards
- Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
