ACCOUNTING MANAGER




We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused professional to join our team as an

Accounting Manager

in

Hinton, Alberta

. In this role, you will play a key part in managing file preparation, providing advisory services, and building strong relationships with clients to help enhance their operational efficiency and financial performance.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING



Lead accounting advisory engagements, managing client expectations and deliverables while providing strategic guidance. Support business clients with financial statement preparation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Stay current with applicable accounting standards and business trends to deliver proactive, insightful advice. Research and understand clients' industries, offering tailored recommendations to improve operational efficiency and financial performance. Collaborate with and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.

WHAT YOU BRING



A CPA designation with a minimum of 4 years of public accounting experience. Proven expertise in accounting software such as Caseware, Jazzit, Keystone, Excel, Taxprep, and QuickBooks Online. Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop junior staff. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset. A client-focused approach and a drive to deliver exceptional service and value.
