Our client is a developer in the construction industry. They are looking for a dedicated
Accounting Manager
to join their in-office team full time. This is a high-volume role with exposure to over 100 entities and a wide variety of transactions. The ideal candidate brings a background in construction accounting and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities (100+ companies)
+ Oversee and review full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and month-end close
+ Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting
+ Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and forecasting
+ Maintain accounting records and systems with attention to detail
+ Support the leadership team with financial insights and recommendations
Requirements:
+ Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with
direct experience in the construction industry
+ Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting in a multi-entity environment
+ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Comfortable working in a traditional, fast-paced office setting
