Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end closings, including reconciliation of accounts and preparation of financial statements
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Review and analyze financial data, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and maintain compliance
- Maintain and improve internal accounting policies and procedures
- Previous experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities with a focus on building effective working relationships
