- You know tax returns
- You understand the classification of data
- You understand Financials
- You are detail oriented with your checks and balances
- You are self-motivated
- You are driven
- You want to belong to something bigger
- You are comfortable working with clients
- CGA graduate or equivalent experience not necessary but a plus
- Understanding of tax T1,T2,T3, etc.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop, QBO
- Process/Project management and time management skills
- Ability to learn/adapt to software and integrations
- Strong people skills
- Previous skills training and performance management experience
- Problem solving skills
- Self-discipline
- Ability to prioritize
- Previous experience navigating CRA a plus
- Knowledge of corporate structures
- Understanding of digital platforms for service delivery
- Collaborative, learning environment
- Performance culture - helps you stay on track and grow with the business
