Summary



We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Peto MacCallum Ltd. This role is crucial in managing financial operations and ensuring accurate accounting processes. Located in Canada, the Accounting Coordinator will contribute significantly to our mission by maintaining financial integrity and supporting our diverse engineering projects.

Responsibilities



Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to maintain cash flow. Utilize accounting software for financial reporting and analysis. Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Assist with financial audits by providing necessary documentation and support. Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements



Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably as an Accounting Coordinator or similar position. Strong knowledge of GL, journal entries, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes. Familiarity with accounting software Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate account analysis. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,001.00-$60,730.44 per year
