Your Role: Accounting Coordinator

As a key member of our finance team, reporting directly to the CFO, you'll help ensure the financial health and operational excellence of Dynaline. You'll bring precision, insight, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping Answer financial questions through data interpretation Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable Prepare payroll using Dayforce Assist with inventory counts and financial dashboards Support budget planning and financial statement preparation Contribute to month-end closings and account reconciliations Compile and analyze data for reporting Take on other duties that support our mission and team
What You Bring

Diploma or degree in accounting Minimum 2 years of accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication and analytical skills A collaborative mindset and attention to detail
