We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and providing insightful analysis to support business decisions. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a solid understanding of accounting principles, including budgeting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Duties

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and collections. Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation on a regular basis. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning. Utilize accounting software, including Serti, for efficient record-keeping and reporting. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide support as needed. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all accounting practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software; experience with Serti is a must. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Familiarity with account reconciliation processes is essential.
