We specialize in full range accounting, corporate and personal tax planning, and business advisory services. We are looking for a motivated Accounting Clerk / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in the Richmond office. Responsibilities
Journal entries, invoicing, payables, tax reports, and payroll
Bookkeeping and data entry
Prepare financial and accounting reports
Prepare tax returns
Assist in the preparation of business plans
Maintain client files and manage scheduling
Professionally manage and handle communication with clients
Assist team with task management to ensure timely execution
General administrative and secretarial support tasks
Requirements
Education in business, accounting, or finance and/or enrolment in CPA is an asset
Good knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with Quickbooks is an asset
Strong interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail
High level of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism
