Accounting Clerk

who is detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated to grow within a collaborative and expanding organization. This position provides exposure to a wide range of responsibilities in payroll, accounting, and administrative support, making it an excellent opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to the efficiency of our operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time Support employee onboarding and benefits administration Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable Purchase office and shop supplies as needed Provide coverage for other accounting functions, including account reconciliations and subledger reviews Assist with financial and ad hoc reporting

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Business Administration or Accounting 1-3 years of relevant work experience Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Payworks, and other accounting systems Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Experience with employee-related processes is an asset Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and employee records Initiative and willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Pay: $43,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
