We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to support our accounting team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with numbers and financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Enter and maintain accurate financial data in accounting systems
Prepare invoices, expense reports, and payment documentation
Maintain organized financial files and records
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of experience in law firm accounting preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., Soluno)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
