RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pay instalments and personal and corporate tax balances for branches.
- Prepares sales tax returns and payments.
- Reserves inventory dates.
- Makes any required changes to franchisee remuneration in the payroll system.
- Prepares documents required by department managers.
- Assists supervisor with various projects.
- Designs spreadsheets and tables using Excel software.
- Programs loss reports in AX and gross profit reports in Micro Strategy for inventory counts.
- Prepares documentation for the management team with the various parties involved in new branch acquisitions and franchisee changes.
- Updates branch list
- Follows up on leases.
- Performs general office work such as processing mail, taking calls and filing files (financial statements, BFL insurance).
