Part of LMPG Inc., CDM2 LIGHTWORKS is a representative agent, integrator and dealer for manufacturers of robust lighting products, controls and smart solutions. This is a part-time position which will be required to work from our office up to 3 days/week.

You Will:

Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including monitor and respond to enquiries from the AR mailbox and telephone number related to invoices and payments. Manage collections of accounts receivable. Process customer invoices daily using our ERP System Sage 50 Reconcile payments made to suppliers' statements; research differences and follow-up to discuss and resolve problems with suppliers. Manage all aspects of accounts payable, including monitor and respond to enquiries from the accounting mailbox and telephone related to vendor invoices and payments. Prepare month-end journal entries and account reconciliations. Maintain and enforce internal controls. Assist with other tasks, as needed.

You Have:

Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience. Diploma in Accounting or Finance. Experience with an ERP system (ideally Sage 50) Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable would be an asset Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

You must me legally eligible to work in Canada AND be physically in the CDM2 office in east-Vancouver 2-3 days/week.
