We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Accounting Clerk

to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will support various accounting functions, including data entry, account reconciliation, and bookkeeping, utilizing a range of accounting software. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities



Perform data entry for invoices, payments, and other financial transactions using accounting software Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections. Reconcile accounts regularly to verify accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies. Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data entry and reporting.

Experience



Experience in AP, billing, finance or other related fields Strong background in bookkeeping, data entry, account reconciliation, and general accounting principles. Knowledge of standard accounting procedures & software Ability to prioritize and multitask Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
