Accountivity Temporary Staffing is hiring!

Our client in Toronto is actively looking for an Accounting Clerk to join their team.

Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: Toronto, ON
Length of Assignment: 2-3 month contract
Salary: $21/hr

:

  • Fluent Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process
  • Processing high volume invoices
  • Set up vendors and handle vendor inquiries
  • Perform matching, batching, and coding of invoices
  • Perform bank reconciliations, cheque runs, etc.
  • Assist with general accounting duties
  • Prepare documents for auditors
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Carry out routine duties and responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Assist with cash flow reporting
  • Any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of accounting and accounts payable experience
  • SAGE 300 is a MUST
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Great team player
  • Attention to detail
