We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a passionate, driven and energetic student to join our team for as an Accounting Co-op Clerk, located in our Head Office in the beautiful city of Guelph, ON. This is a 4 month co-op opportunity beginning in January 2024.



Looking for a chance to make your mark in a fast-paced, professional and fun environment? As the successful candidate you will support the Skyline Residential Accounting team in drafting and/or amending key processes and related documents, while performing accounting and clerical tasks related to our shared goal of creating a superior investment opportunity for our investors and providing accommodations of choice for our valued residents.

What we look for:

• A go getter with a thirst for learning that isn\'t afraid to take on challenges.
• Knowledge of accounting software (Simply, Accpac, QuickBooks, Yardi, etc).
• An understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
• A team player with the ability to multi-task and stay detail oriented while providing support to the the team with day-to-day operations.
• A go getter - you don\'t wait for work to come your way and you always keep busy
• Someone that identifies with Skyline values and will act with PRIDE (Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Drive, and Efficiency).
• Enrolled in Post-Secondary Accounting Degree program with a co-op component to complete required.
