Hourly Wage Range: $20.00 - $24.00

Saint John Nissan

is on the hunt for an

Accounting Clerk

to bring their expertise and ensure every customer experience is as flawless as the vehicles we sell. If you have a keen eye for detail, basic accounting knowledge, and strong organizational skills, this role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include data entry, reconciling accounts, daily cash reporting, accounts payable and receivable and other accounting functions as required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Interdepartmental relations, transaction posting & reconciliations



Inventory management and quality control



Assisting the Controller and Accounting staff with various accounting duties



Post and report car deals



Accounts receivable and balancing accounts



Other duties to assist the Controller as required



Data entry, daily cash reporting, accounts payable, and other functions as required

What you bring to the table:

Post-secondary education in accounting Minimum 1 year experience in accounting considered an asset Strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) Knowledge of computerized accounting systems is considered an asset.
