Role Summary
Reporting to the Accounting director, the accounting clerk will mainly be responsible for invoicing, accounts payable and any other accounting tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
General Administrative Duties

  • Recurring monthly billing & other
  • Apply daily customer deposits.
  • Respond to various customer requests regarding billing and payments.
  • Collection of overdue accounts
  • Processing of accounts payable and credit cards
  • Replace and assist with payroll processing.
  • Any other related tasks or requests from the accounting director or management.
Qualifications and Competencies
  • DEP or DEC in accounting
  • Minimum 2-4 years\' experience
  • Established knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software (e.g., Word, Excel, )
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French & English
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Flexible and enthusiastic self-starter
Work schedule : Between 30-35 hours / week
