GH Renovations Inc. is a rapidly growing company in the renovation space and is looking to add an Accounting Clerk.
Job Responsibilities
Accounting
Generate invoices from quotations and enter them into the accounting system on a daily basis
Review, verify, and record vendor invoices in the accounting system
Process and reconcile customer payments
Scan and digitally archive vendor invoices
Bank Reconciliation
Preparing and filing HST
Document Management
Organize and maintain records of quotations and invoices
File and manage vendor invoice documentation
Reporting & Data Entry
Input data into the work order management system
Compile and prepare daily and monthly sales reports
Support month-end financial closing activities
Skills/Requirements
Degree or college diploma in accounting with 2 year experience accounting roles
Enroll in CPA program is an asset
Strong excel skills
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service both on the phone and in person.
Must be extremely organized and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks at the same time
Works well individually and as part of a team.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
