Accounting Clerk I - Billing



Temporary (18 months with possibility of extension)



Finance Department



Competition No. C1229-25 ACCI (I)






As a member of the Finance Department, this position may be responsible for the following:


Completes the billing function efficiently and accurately on behalf of NLC; Prepares and distributes invoices; Prepares monthly reconciliations for the financial statements; Prepares and distributes reports periodically; Provides support to other members of the Finance team; Other finance related functions as required.




The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:


High School graduation; Completion of a recognized two (2) year accounting diploma or three (3) year business diploma from a post-secondary institution One to two years of progressively responsible accounting experience in a computerized environment; Some experience using the Microsoft Dynamics Financial System; Knowledge of MS Office including Excel (proficiency testing may be required); Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Salary:CG 25: $44,153.20- $48,612.20
