Responsibilities
  • Maintain accounting and financial records
  • AP/AR, collections, cash, trust accounts, corporate expenditures
  • Financial statement summary
  • Subledger and general ledger
  • Manage payments (wire, EFT, cheques, credit)
  • Reconciliations
  • Reporting
  • Financial analysis projections
  • Data entry
  • Administrative and clerical tasks, bank runs
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Must have 1-3 years of experience as an accounting clerk or bookkeeper
  • QuickBooks and PClaw experience
  • Background working in a law firm is a strong asset
