Job Duties:
Daily Operations include the following:
Preparing invoices and process billing statments promptly and accurately
Generating biweekly payroll for entire staff
Overseeing accounts and managing the accounts payable and recievable
Preparing HST/GST monthly
Data entry (load confirmations)
Looking after safety files for fleet equipment
Administrative Support: Assist in general tasks such as filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails
Requirements:
Must be profiecient in Quickbooks and Xpert IT Solutions* Punctuality with working hours
Proficiency in english
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
