Position Overview

We are looking for a hard-working, experienced Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of financial tasks. These include balancing cash deposits for multiple stores, processing parts warranties, and vouchering. Other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

8 Hour Shift

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Schedule may vary according to operational needs.

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Accounting/ cash balancing/ Excel

Responsibilities

Type accurately, prepare and maintain spreadsheets and records

Track imports and prepare accompanying paperwork

Assist and support all office personnel

Skills

Cash balancing experience

Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and Strong Excel

Accuracy and attention to detail, good with numbers

Multitasker and well organized

Experience with ERP systems a plus

Positive attitude to support all areas of a small office environment

High school diploma

Other duties as assigned according to operational needs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
