Gruppo Terroni is seeking a dedicated Accounting Clerk to join our Finance team in a full time, permanent capacity.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter invoices and financial data in accordance with established procedures
Maintain ledgers and reconcile accounts, including credit card and bank statements
Process full cycle accounts payable and assist with month end closing activities
Perform clerical and administrative tasks, including document scanning, word processing, and maintaining organized digital files
Communicate and follow up with vendors on inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when
required
Liaise with Italy based vendors and customers
Qualifications
Experience or working knowledge of NetSuite ERP software required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros
Minimum two years of accounting experience in a fast paced environment
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Fluency in Italian is highly preferred for communication with suppliers
Ability to reliably commute to the office
Compensation and Benefits
Starting from $52,000 and up, dependent on experience
