Your days will include:

Entering vouchers and processing receipts in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) accounting system. Data entry from various information sources Processing Grain Vendor Settlements Corresponding to various departments internally such as the feed mills and logistics. Corresponding to grain vendors Preparing monthly reporting for review and analysis Reconciling General Ledger accounts Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

High School Diploma Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe and Outlook. Experience with Great Plains would be an asset. Previous experience working in a computerized office environment. Basic accounting knowledge, with inventory reconciliation experience. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Able to work independently in a fast paced changing environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational and time management skills.
