We are currently looking for an accounting clerk who can deal with various tasks like AP and AR, data entry, various reconciliations and MORE!!

As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations.. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a knack for numbers and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable. Ensure the timely collection of payments. Monitor client accounts for irregularities and delayed payments. Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets. Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable. Prepare journal entries as required Conduct routine administrative tasks to support the accounting department.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English (Spoken, reading, writing etc.) Proven experience as an accounting clerk or similar role. Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations. Hands-on experience with Quickbooks online, bonus points for Service Titan, Dext, Plooto Intermediate skills in Google suite (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions). Familiarity with basic accounting principles. Professional manner and strong ethical code. Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive. Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping / accounting experience; Obsessive attention to detail is required; Strong at completions + ability to meet/exceed deadlines consistently; and 2-year diploma in a related accounting field
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
