Qualifications and Qualities we look for:

Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1+ year experience in a similar accounting role (preferred) Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Process accounts payable and receivable Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts Prepare and post journal entries Reconcile bank and credit card statements Assist with payroll data entry and deductions Generate financial reports and maintain accurate records Support month-end and year-end closing processes Respond to internal and vendor inquiries
