About the Role:

As our

Accounting Clerk - Deals

, you'll be responsible for processing all vehicle sales paperwork, ensuring complete and accurate deal packages, and maintaining up-to-date records for internal tracking and auditing purposes. You'll work closely with the sales, finance, and administration teams to ensure deals are posted correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and post all vehicle deals in the accounting system Verify all documentation for accuracy, compliance, and completeness Reconcile schedules related to vehicle sales and inventory Work closely with sales and finance departments to resolve discrepancies Maintain organized filing of deal jackets and accounting records Assist with month-end reporting and related tasks

Qualifications:

Previous automotive accounting or dealership experience preferred Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and dealership software (e.g., PBS) is an asset Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills
