Summary

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team at PATHFINDER FREIGHTLINES INC. This position is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero for daily transactions. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review. Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation. Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. Support payroll processing using ADP or UltiPro as required.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role within the financial sector. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is preferred. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
