Accounts Receivable/Payables
Payroll
Reconciling bank statements; CRA remittances
General Administrative Assistant Duties
Data entry
Key Competencies:
Strong attention to detail
Proficient and accurate computing and data entry skills, with an emphasis on Simply Accounting and MS Office
Prioritizing, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
Proven team player, as well as, ability to work individually with little supervision
Own method of transportation as this location is not accessible by public transit
Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing / physical demands analysis
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 - 3 years accounting experience
Simply Accounting
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Proficient in generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures
