Job Description

Chief Medical is currently searching for a dynamic individual for an Accounting Clerk position. Working with the Accounting team, the Accounting Clerk will provide data entry, match POs, reconcile, file, respond to vendor queries, month end duties and other administration duties as assigned. Chief Medical is a growing Canadian company that looking for an Accounting Clerk with experience in a manufacturing or healthcare environment. Training will be provided.

Qualifications:

3 years of accounting experience - exposure to both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Experience with full cycle accounting. Candidates for the role must have experience in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Flexible - willing to take on additional tasks and responsibilities. Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.

Office hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
