Job Description
Our fast-growing company is looking for a detail oriented, take charge personality, \xe2\x80\x9cexcited to learn individual\xe2\x80\x9d to take on the position of Accounts Payable Clerk at our warranty administration company. This is a great position for an accounting minded, detail oriented, multi-tasking individual.
The essential functions will include:
- QuickBooks AP input and check issuing process
- Balancing payments due to Vendors
- Strong Clerical Skill \xe2\x80\x93 photocopying, faxing, preparing letters and documents, data entry, filing
- Highly Organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Willing to work as part of a team to help with tasks when others are out of the office
- High School or Equivalent (Required)
- Accounting Experience or Training
- QuickBooks Experience
