Job Description


Our fast-growing company is looking for a detail oriented, take charge personality, excited to learn individual to take on the position of Accounts Payable Clerk at our warranty administration company. This is a great position for an accounting minded, detail oriented, multi-tasking individual.

The essential functions will include:

  • QuickBooks AP input and check issuing process
  • Balancing payments due to Vendors
  • Strong Clerical Skill - photocopying, faxing, preparing letters and documents, data entry, filing
  • Highly Organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
  • Willing to work as part of a team to help with tasks when others are out of the office
Education and Experience:
  • High School or Equivalent (Required)
  • Accounting Experience or Training
  • QuickBooks Experience
