Job Description

Bolde Imaging Group is a leading custom sign manufacturer serving clients across diverse industries. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products with exceptional service. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to join our team on a 12-16 month contract. This role is critical in supporting our finance and operations by ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accounts payable, invoicing, and accounts receivable tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Entering Work orders, Invoicing, generating reports in QuickBooks Entering Payroll in Quickbooks Data entry in multiple Excel spreadsheets Performing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks Performing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Performing reception duties while maintaining polite and professional communication with staff and clients Maintaining internal filing systems

Required Skills

Proficiency in accounting software - QuickBooks Preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize for greatest impact in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Experience

2-3 years experience in an office environment 2-3 years experience with accounting software (QuickBooks Preferred)

Working Hours-

Monday to Friday - From 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
