Overview:

We are seeking an Associate Accountant to join our team. As an Accounting Associate , you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing account reconciliations, Preparing personal and Corporate taxes for Accountant Review. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Profile

Duties:

Bookkeeping on Excel and QuickBooks. Prepare Personal Taxes T1 Prepare Corporate Taxes T2. Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports Prepare trial balance of books Reconcile accounts Related administrative duties.
Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Profile Knowledge of basic accounting principles Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadline. Knowledge of Canadian Taxes will be an Asset.
