Job Overview: Yakirelbaz IT Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. As an Accounting Assistant, you will support our accounting department by performing various clerical tasks, maintaining financial records, and assisting with financial reporting. Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting activities, including data entry and record maintenance.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports as required.
Assist with audits, both internal and external, by providing necessary documentation and information.
Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal staff regarding financial matters.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and answering phones.
Support the accounting team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an accounting assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
