Accounting Assistant (temporary)

Job Description

We are a growing CPA firm located in Richmond. We offer professional services to private enterprises in accounting, assurance, tax and advisory. We are seeking a full-time accounting assistant to cover maternity leave.

Responsibilities:



Perform bookkeeping and data entry

Preparation of GST and PST returns

Preparation of T4 information returns and WCB returns

Respond to clients' inquiries

Communicate with CRA on behalf of clients

Self-starter and work independently

Proficiency in Sage 50 and Excel

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff members

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
