We are looking for a mid-level

accounting assistant

. This role's primary responsibly will be to lead the accounting for our service division and collections for large projects. Secondary responsibility will be assisting with the day-to-day accounting of other divisions.

Responsibilities include:

Service division financial and managerial accounting AR and AP transaction processing, AR collections, bank reconciliation Monthly employee expense and reconciliation Special projects such as looking for financial efficiencies

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, Teams, and OneDrive 3 years or more of Quickbooks experience or similar accounting software Degree in accounting, business, administration, or related field Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience in the condominium industry is an asset Experience in HVAC or a similar field is an asset

Hours and Location

:

Office located at 3055 Lenworth Dr, Mississauga 8am or 9am start time Monday to Friday

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
