Job Description

Robert Half is looking for an Junior Accountant Accounting to join a dynamic company. As the Junior Accountant you will perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks to support the accounting and finance departments. Responsibilities include reconciling bank staterecords, drafting financial documents, invoicing customers, and collecting payments. If you have a high level of attention to accuracy and detail, then this is the Accounting Assistant opportunity for you!

Your responsibilities in this role

- Assist Accounting team in the creation and editing of financial documents

- Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll, payroll tax filings, booking journal entries, reconciling credit card and bank account

- Connect with clients as necessary via email and phone

- Assist with administrative duties as necessary

- Reconcile financial books by working with incoming and outgoing funds

- Analyze financial budgets and track expenses

- Responsible for organizing the bookkeeping processes of the company
- Bookkeeping experience preferred

- Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheet application highly desired

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as high attention to detail

- Skilled in written and verbal communication, as well as strong time management abilities

- 2+ years of experience working in accounting

- Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or a related field of study preferred
