Your days will include:

Developing, maintaining, and analyzing AR reports and KPIs Building dashboards and reports using Excel and ERP systems Reconciling AR data across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy Monitoring trends and providing actionable insights on AR aging and risks Collaborating with Finance and Operations to improve reporting efficiency Supporting AR activities such as invoicing, claims review, and account monitoring Assisting with broader financial reporting and analysis initiatives

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

Grade 12 education required; diploma in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) Knowledge of ERP systems and data migration is an asset Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Experience in Accounting or AR reporting preferred Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
