About this opportunity
CBI Health Assessment Services is looking for an Accounting Administrator, reporting to the Accounting Manager to be a key member of the Accounting Team, using knowledge and experience to support the timely and accurate execution of processes related to Accounts Receivable and Payable and other related accounting duties. This is a 1 year contract position with option to extend, working full time hours and working remotely.
Take an inside look at what you'll do each day
Prepares, organizes and maintains case relevant information as it relates to accounting
Invoicing of accounts with the appropriate fees, taxes and information
Contact customers on a regular basis regarding overdue or inactive accounts
Responds to customer inquiries, maintains good customer relations and solves problems
Process all client or miscellaneous payments
Preparing any vendor invoices for payment
Follow-up with vendors on outstanding accounts
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What you need to be successful
1-2 years of previous accounting experience
Must have the ability to work independently and also as an effective member of a team
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
Ability to manage time and priorities
Excellent telephone manner
High attention to detail and accuracy
Computer literacy Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to communicate with all customers and staff members
