Job Overview



We are seeking an experienced

Accounting Administrator

to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining our commitment to integrity and quality service.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as a primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff regarding financial and administrative matters. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, expense tracking, reconciliations, and vendor payments. Prepare, review, and maintain financial reports, statements, and supporting documentation. Monitor project-related budgets, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and cost control. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for financial, compliance, and project documentation. Ensure up-to-date records for licenses, certifications, safety training, and compliance requirements. Assist with HR-related administration such as onboarding, timesheet tracking, and maintaining employee records. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and reporting schedules as required. Provide accounting and administrative support to project managers as needed.

Other Related Duties:



Assist with year-end audits and preparation of financial documentation. Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts on a regular basis. Support procurement activities by tracking purchase orders and vendor contracts. Identify opportunities to improve financial and administrative processes. Perform general office administration, including ordering supplies and maintaining office organization.

Job Requirements:



Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in accounting and administrative support roles. Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes and financial recordkeeping. Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with

Odoo CRM/ERP

is considered a strong asset. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
