WHAT

We NEED:

We are currently seeking an

Accounting Administrator

to join our team.

WHY

You Want the ROLE - YOU GET To:

Prepare and issue monthly statements to customers

Review, verify and process supplier invoices ensuring proper classification

Assist with preparation of month-end reconciliations

Assist with daily accounting activities required to maintain the company's general ledger

Other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

Prior experience in accounting or finance required Experience working with Quickbooks Advanced excel knowledge, with experience in spreadsheet development and maintenance Self-motivated with strong work ethic and dedication to timely and accurate reporting Ability to work independently with minimum direction

Pay:

$23-$27/hour
