Accounting administrator Position Overview:

This role reports directly to the Accounting Manager. We are seeking an Accounting Administrator to join our team on a 6 month term basis. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a variety of accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:



? Process and record cash receipts in the accounting system

? Reconcile, review and report on credit card transactions and employee expense claims

? Accounts Payable entry

? Accounts Receivable entry

? Support additional accounting tasks and projects as needed

Education and Experience:



? 2-3 years of experience in accounting administration role

Skills and Abilities:



? High attention to detail and accuracy

? Excellent communication and organizational skills

? Positive attitude

? Preferred experience with Excel and willingness to learn accounting system. Experience with Discovery ERP is an asset
